no costumer service just taking your money
i was in the middle of working on my pc suddenly my data fell and i purchased a top up for 10$ for 5 gb data and 5 gb hotspot and it used up in a few hours with barely using the data just for emails, so i toped up again and then i ran out of it in a hour and i chated with them and they said that i have used all my data even though that in my dashboard it still said i haven enough data so they said that it takes time till the actual data count shows up, so i told them that imy top up did show up so they said that i have purchased another 10gb for mobile hotspot bu i used it up and i told them that i did not use more then 10.5 and they said that it goes together with the actual data so i said that it says that i get "5gb" for data and "5gb" for hotspot, and i am still waiting for a response.... then i called them and i waited for 25minutes on the line till i gave up
