Major problem with cancellation. Skip for major trips
Avoid if major trips. Customer service can't do anything . Tried to ask for a medical waiver for flights book thru cheap tickets for Singapore airlines. The entire back and forth communication was a waste of time. CheapTickets insisted that they have communicated with the airlines but the airlines mentioned they have not received anything of the sort. I have other family member which managed to get the wavier easily with Singaporeairlines with the same situation and I find that CheapTickets basically didn't do anything to even try to help. Basically the customer service is just faking it. After the flight date was over, I tried asking for a statement saying that no refund is being provided, they are telling me that the flight was taken. I don't even know what information they are getting from. Singapore airlines even sent me an email saying the flight was not taken. Totally unreliable customer service. Useless when anything happens
