Help! My 401(k) is being transferred out of Human Interest!
I called Human Interest to get more information about my retirement account, which was associated with a company-sponsored 401(k) program. I left that company a year ago, but did not ask HI to transfer my account to an individual account (one that is not associated with my former company). I learned that my former company was transferring its 401(k) management out of Human Interest—-which included my account. So I called HI and spoke with Eliza, who was able to quickly see what was happening and clearly advise me on my next steps to getting information. Very professional.
