I reported an issue with a button being unresponsive, and next thing I new my site had crashed while Buddyboss team was looking into it. After that I have yet to receive an update as to what and why. And I still am not clear why they eliminated plugins from my site without warning to crash it. They were able to resolve the next week which was nice in bettering my experience.
