Not Worth the Risk
I almost never leave negative reviews, but this is extremely disappointing. I bought $500 in gift cards (8 total); two of them totaling $100 did not work at all. I contacted GCX and provided the documentation they requested, including vendor verification that the cards were redeemed by a different user who happened to have my same (common) first name. After many emails back and forth and significant effort on my end, they denied the refund and implied I redeemed the cards. Very frustrating. I tried resolving this directly and in good faith, but at this point I'm going to dispute GCX's charge on my Visa. I have used Raise (now GCX) for years, but based on this experience, I will never use them again. The discount is simply not worth the risk.
