Ordered items online, can't return them
Ordered items online, they were delivered in three packages and the website does not recognize that the delivery was completed. For this reason, it does not allow me to return the items. Multiple messages and emails sent to customer service and no reply. Order number 502433225 and complaint DM_1113802.
