Warehouse lost my returned item - no refund!!!
Got only 1 refund and still waiting on the 2nd refund - both items in same box and arrived to them 2/11/26. They claim they can't locate the 2nd item and unable to give refund. Return 2 items of different order numbers. Returned online, got 2 RMA numbers and 1 shipping label. Put both items in 1 box with the printed return label. Very unprofessional - will not buy from again. RMA10084312 Order #700101677865 FedEx return received at Travelpro warehouse 2/11/26 Still waiting for refund and they claim that warehouse never received it and unable to give refund - obviously they lost it!!!!
