Terrible company
I feel like this company scammed me. I ordered flowers and gifts for my fiancée 5 days before I wanted them delivered on Valentine's day, but they were never delivered. I attempted to contact customer service by using the chat on their website and messaging them on WhatsApp, but no one contacted me. I finally sent an email Saturday night. On Sunday I received an email telling me that my flowers and gifts were delivered. I replied that they were not and that I expected a full refund. I was told someone would contact me. It's Tuesday, and I still haven't received any correspondence from this company. But I have canceled the payment. I'm very disappointed in LatinFlores and it's terrible customer service and lack of responsibility. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with them.
