Every trip, have problems with your instructions for activating Airalo on my iPhone. Clearer instructions with screen shots of the steps would be appreciated. My son-in-law had to contact an online helpline to resolve the issue. Until it was resolved, a few days into my trip, I was charged for roaming by my carrier.
