Severe Booking Violation, Health Risk, and Complete Service Failure
I explicitly booked a non-smoking room, yet I was assigned a smoking room where I cannot even breathe due to my asthma. Neither the hotel nor Agoda provided any assistance to resolve this critical issue. Furthermore, there was no running water in the room for the entire duration of my stay, leaving the shower and toilet completely unusable. Additionally, we booked a room with 3 beds, but only 2 were provided. Despite all these unacceptable conditions, Agoda has offered me a mere $6 in compensation. This response is entirely disrespectful and falls completely short of basic customer service standards. I demand an immediate investigation and a full refund for this unacceptable experience.
