Worst Customer Service and Buyer Protection
If I could, I would give DHgate 0 stars. This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. My very first order arrived defective. The right earbud never charged to 100% even after charging all day, and the audio kept cutting in and out. I submitted multiple videos as evidence, but DHgate kept saying the evidence was not clear enough and closed the dispute without a fair resolution. It felt like DHgate was more interested in protecting sellers than helping customers. That completely destroyed my trust in this platform. After I receive my last remaining order, I will delete the app, close my account, and never use DHgate again. Save yourself the frustration. You’re better off buying from AliExpress, Temu, or a trusted private seller. Even if you pay a little more, you’ll likely get better quality and much better customer support if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DHgate to anyone
