Hiked up the prices and no one answers the phone...
We used to really like this service for shipping our Inventory, but they just increased the cost and took away the tools we were used to using. Now they switched everything over to an AI computer, and you literally have to ask ten times just to get a real Customer Service representative on the line. I am shopping for new options right now because that is simply no way to treat a Mom and Pop shop trying to keep their Overhead low.
