Product arrived on time and in beautiful packaging, there was a slight problem with the unit. Sent an email to the support team describing the problem, they responded the same day and offered to replace it. Very impressed with the customer support and the quality of the product regardless of a small manufacturer error. Will be recommending to my friends, and anyone wanting to save money and fill their own capsules!
