I gave this agency more than enough chances before writing this. I canceled my homeowners insurance on December 15 and am still owed over $1,600. It has been more than two and a half months of excuses, delays, and the same lazy response: “it’s in the mail.” No accountability. No urgency. Just the constant runaround from Angela and Sage. A refund does not take months to process unless someone is either incompetent or deliberately stalling. To make it worse, this isn’t an isolated issue. The same thing happened with my fiancée’s car insurance refund — she never received it. This is not how a professional insurance agency operates. If you value your time, your money, and basic follow-through, take your business somewhere else.
