I purchased a 6GB RAM Windows RDP from DatabaseMart. From day one, the server only showed 3GB in the system. When I contacted support, they invented a story about "Dynamic Memory Management" claiming it was a feature, not a problem. After I provided a screenshot proving the RAM showed "Installed: 3GB", they suddenly "fixed" it within minutes. So it was never a feature it was just a misconfiguration they refused to admit. The server has been slow and unstable since day one. I tried everything: clean reinstall, removing all software, testing with and without VPN. Nothing helped. For comparison, I moved to AWS with a basic 2GB instance it runs faster and more stable than the 6GB I was paying for here. Save your money and go elsewhere.
