It’s all about the customer service
In the times (post-covid) of sketchy customer service…it’s quite the relief to find solid, human, trustworthy customer service. They make a promise to reply and *gasp* actually do! Yes, they are more expensive than some other options I’ve found…but the quick customer service and doctor replies are worth it. I’ve yet to have a concern unanswered. Even during an ice storm..they knew where my meds were…had me discard them and sent a fresh replacement without a fight or even a second thought. They are doing a great job!
