Change your logistic partner ! La Poste is not reliable !
I ordered 1 month ago and since then , the printer arrived destroyed, then I could ask for a return, but the transport took 15 days back to the logistic center in Germany. And I'm still waiting for a printer ... I'm sure that the choice of La Poste Colissimo in south of France is a bad choice. Please for a professionnal printer , use a professionnal transport company, because this device is heavy and they are dropping parcels all the time insead of crrying them. I hope I will have a printer in the future weeks, and I wish I paid more for a professional logistic service. -- Edit : Of course, I can't blame Bambulab, except for the choice of the transport company. After this first I got a new message that the replacement printer was sent now by DPD, which might be a better choice. I cross the fingers !
