I had a really great experience with Dollamur’s customer service. I ordered two wrestling mats and ran into an issue where one of them was not the correct size. From the moment I reached out, their team responded quickly and took the situation seriously. They were very receptive and diligent in working toward a solution. I especially want to recognize Nola Nix—her communication was excellent throughout the process, and you could tell she genuinely cared about resolving the issue the right way.
