QIDI PLUS 4 & Support
Bought the QIDI Plus 4 back when it was originally released, printer itself did have some hiccups at the beginning with the notorious chamber heater which was fixed. Also just recently the driver for one of the Z-Axis motors was overheating causing failed prints consistently, after reaching out to QIDI Support, Emma was able to send me over an entire replacement board free of cost (machine still under warranty) After replacing the board I've noticed my print quality overall has increased significantly and now has become one of my main printers besides the Bambus. I believe my original board was the cause of most of my issues as when I first received the machine I couldn't get a good quality print after much tuning (not my only klipper printer) After swapping the board I now have grown to love the Plus 4
