Prism ceiling fan was installed on sat 21/2/26 and then became faulty on Monday night, barely 3 days after. Technician came and tested and said my switch was faulty. Before the installation, my switch was ok and only after the changing of ceiling fan did it became faulty and asked to get electrician to fix. Before that the switch was alright and it became the fault after installation and insisted i look for electrican. REally bad service and bad products!
