I purchased a red light therapy pad from NovaaLab in February 2026 to help with persistent shoulder pain. The results have been outstanding — my shoulder has almost completely healed, and I’m feeling so much better. About a month ago the remote stopped working, and NovaaLab sent me a replacement right away with no hassle. Great product and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
