I ordered three custom pet figurines from Cutebuddi. Two of them turned out good with detail and personality, but unfortunately the third one did not match the same standard. The proportions and sculpt didn’t resemble my dog very well, the colors looked pale, and several key markings were missing or blurry. Because of this, it stands out negatively next to the other two. I wrote cutebuddi asking for a refund for that one or a remake but they never got back to me, it's been 6 months...
