I am extremely disappointed with Cerebral! I saw a Dr, then she canceled for follow up. I was charged ! I went to pharmacy to pick up meds and my refills had been closed out! I could not pick up vital mental health meds with significant side affects if not taken! I go in to rebook and find that there is an error message indicating a problem with the drs licenses!!! No warning. No contact. Just left me with no medication!!! This is deplorable and I will not be paying my outstanding bill due to having to pay another Dr for the same meds!!
