No refund after the orders crashed!
I made an order on app as usually, 9th Feb, but smth went wrong and they cancelled an order after transaction. I hoped they refund my money imidiately, but... Today is 26th Feb and I still haven't received my money back. Customer service sent me to the bank, in the bank they said it wasn't their problem...
