Importance of being able to talk with a person.
Having a conversation with a real person instead of the AI chatbot allowed for me to receive answers to my questions concerning the new platform. Lupe D. provided me with answers to all my questions and offered to assist me in the future if I had any other questions or concerns. She provided me with a link to access the new platform when I explained that I never received the initial email invitation. I am quite pleased with the level of knowledge and customer service that Lupe D. showed me today.
