Customer service said I had a hold on the order I made and it would be removed. I have asked for a refund for this order and asked them to please process that for me. This process and order has taken way too long over a week now no tracking on it just a label. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Customer service responses and actions have given no solutions. I will never purchase another anything from Eden there a scam in the making. I give them a minus -100 on service.

I should never run out of medicine
Why I had to use the call to Eden was a terrible customer experience - you had some error on your side - and I had to create a whole new enrollment, even though you'd already sent me medicine and the first month's follow-up on August 1. I ran out of medicine - never ok. That said, Xyryl was wonderful in helping me re-enroll, and securing a $100 credit.

Great, reliable, and easy process. The delivery service is great the medicine is always shipped in between two cold packs and a lot of packing material to prevent the medicine from breaking. I have been on it for approximately 6 months and have lost over 30 pounds. When I first started I wasn’t going to the gym and now I go 3-4 times a week, I’ve kept to a 1200 calorie diet, and pairing the medication with both of those things have increased my weight loss and have maintained muscle mass. I encourage anyone to give it a shot!
