Several needed improvements

Since joining emoji here are several improvements I would suggest. They should have intro videos on how to use the app how to update your medication and possibly how to help you on your weight loss journey. Next, I feel they shouldn’t say they work with Medicare when they entirely don’t work with Medicare directly they only work with Medicare bridge program. I personally feel that the service is not entirely as described, and the people working within the company need to all be on the same page when it comes to passing along information to patients I have been with mochi for about 23 weeks and I would say everyone within the company needs to at least be on the same page with the information that they are relaying to their patients.

This marks my initial encounter with Mochi and GLP-1. After hearing positive reviews on TikTok, I made the bold decision to give it a shot. The doctor I consulted was incredibly supportive as I shared my struggles with weight gain post-chemo treatment. A 40-pound increase due to steroid use during that period has been a challenge. My goal is to return to my pre-chemo weight, and I am eager to witness the transformation ahead. 🙏🏼😊

I am trying to add a provider Health Coach and she is listed incorrectly as a Nutritionist. Therefore my appointment with her was cancelled and I cannot get support to help me put her back on.
