I switched from another provider to Mochi because Mochi was cheaper and seemed to have good reviews. Unfortunately, cheaper isn't always better. My first order took 2 weeks to get to me causing me to miss a dose. I lost 40 lbs with the previous provider, but weight loss has been slow with Mochi. Only 10lbs in 5 months. The first several vials caused intense itchy redness at the shot site, which I had never experienced before. One shipment arrived three days late and warm. While I was told it was 'still good,' the sudden recurrence of intense sugar cravings and subsequent weight gain strongly indicate the integrity of the medication was compromised. I asked for a dosage increase for the next shipment but it contained the completely wrong dosage, which further disrupted my treatment and health progress. I asked for a refund for the 1.5 months where Mochi failed to deliver the correct, effective medication I paid for. This was there response: "After reviewing your request, we're unfortunately unable to issue a refund. While we understand this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, our service operates on a subscription basis, and these situations do not qualify for a refund under our policy." Since when is it okay to take some one's money, but not proved proper service? I further pressed the issue and all I got was $40 off my next membership renewal, which I will not be renewing. I told them that wasn't acceptable and have not heard back.
