I'm not sure that my nurse practitioner was actually able to hear me or see me when we had our initial visit. But she was very nice and my questions were mostly answered. I will say the injections are difficult and more instructions would be nice.

I just started, but it has been an easy process so far. I met with my provider, she addressed all my questions, ordered my meds and they were here quickly.
I used Mochi for my compounded tirzepatide for 6 months and was very happy with them. Shipments always came cold and on time and I lost a lot of weight. I only stopped using them because my Medicare now covers Zepbound and through my doctor I am saving a lot of money with my insurance coverage. But overall when I used to pay cash to Mochi I believe the pricing was pretty affordable and I loved the support I received from my provider and customer service. They are an excellent company to purchase GLP-1'S from if you don't have insurance so I highly recommend them.
This was my initial consultation with Dr. Ahmad. She was wonderful. She was polite. She answered all of my questions and was very informative. I felt relaxed, welcome and overall excited to be starting my weightloss journey under her guidance. I am very pleased I chose Mochi to support me through my first experience on a GLP program!

I received my medication that was not cold. I contact the number to notify them my medication was not called upon arrival. Waiting to hear back
The care providers are both excellent! They are interested in helping and care about my journey. The app is a little clunky, the auto generated messages seem off—coming in long after the start up or long after appointments have been set and have occurred. These are technical support issues. These do Not impact the level of care or the product availability at this point. But, for smoother, more effective care and communication—I’d sure love to see an app upgrade. And maybe better timed auto responses.
