Mochi Health weight loss
I switched services from another provider and so far it has been easy and the prescribing Dr has been great with communication and working with me on my medication. I appreciate Mochi Health’s approach as other business models are charging top dollar but providing poor quality customer service for their products.

The appointment with Dr Bishop was great.
The appointment with Dr Bishop was great. Everything went smooth, but messages I received about picking my medication up, was very confusing . The medication was to be delivered to my house, but I received 3 messages to pick my medication up at a pharmacy. I was told I could pick it up in 2-3 hours from a pharmacy I never heard of . I called Mochi support and was told the same thing, that I was to pick up the medication. After insisting that the doctor told me it would be delivered to my house, support did check again. I was told oh yes it is coming from Lilly and I should probably call them. I did call Lilly. They got all my information and it was sent out promptly. I did not know I had to contact Lilly and the messages saying I had to pick up my prescription was worrisome. I hope next month goes smoother.
