The meeting appointment was promptly on-time. Dr. Dua is a pleasant, easy to speak to person. All my questions were answered well and he gave me some ideas for meals.

This company is a total scam. The charge you way more than advertised, sent out the medication without any ice or cold packs, and the vial was warm/hot when it arrived. I contacted them immediately and was told they would send out a replacement, and was told to throw out the vial that was sent. It’s been 6 days and nothing has been sent out or even processed. I called 3 days ago and said the medication should arrive in 2-3 days, but they tell you 10 days. I was told again today, it would be another 10 days. Why does it take 2-3 days to initially send out medication and several weeks to send out a replacement? And that is if they send it at all. Also, in the portal, it says I’m going to be charged another $199. I’ve already been charged $370 and I have nothing. This company is a scam and will give you the run around. Do not waste your time or money. Also the nutritionist did nothing. Asked me about my goals and offered nothing in response. I’m a medical professional and charging people for an appointment like that and wasting their time as well just adds insult to injury, and there were no special skills or knowledge utilized in the appointment.

I signed on with Mochi last week and my initial experience has been great. I had a positive, helpful initial, live video visit with my nurse practitioner. She was friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and 3 days later received my first delivery of her prescribed GLP1. It arrived on time as projected and was very well cold packaged. Pricing was very good and from my first visit to the Mochi website through my first delivery this has been an impressive, encouraging start. I will be injecting my first shot this weekend. I'm not new to Tirzepatide so I look forward to the continuing support from the Mochi team.
