My provider Misty is fantastic she listens to all my worries and concerns and helps me work through all of them! she's always on time and very responsive, i am very happy that I chose to work with Misty. my only frustration is my second round of medication for my Glp-1 was delayed by almoy two weeks and when you're paying this amount of money for a medication that is delayed it's very frustrating. This had an effect on the overall experience with weight loss and my goal to be one this medication for a short period of time. so that is the only downfall, hoping for a better outcome for my next refill

Great provider—very responsive and knowledgeable. Medicine is delivered on time and packaged well. It’s very flexible for changing delivery dates and pausing for a week or two if you need to. The app is also user friendly and has great features.

So far so good. I really enjoyed meeting my doctor. She was very nice and answered all of my questions. My order was placed late Tuesday afternoon and will be delivered Friday!

Worthwhile opportunity
My nutritionist was on time to the meeting and gave a lot of helpful ideas of things that I should incorporate into my diet. I loved that she was willing to share some recipes and ideas for snacks that have high protein. She is full of a wealth of information and knowledge that is very helpful.

This is the most dishonest business I…
This is the most dishonest business I have ever dealt with! Wife had a monthly membership she cancelled in October 2025. I Noticed today they are still billing for monthly service (3 months at a time). Went into the account again today to cancel, got a prompt that it was cancelled. However, it still is showing it as an active subscription. I even pointed this issue out to their support, with Screenshots, but they didn't care one bit. Told me, sorry can't do anything to help you. This company is a scam!! Beware

Ive only been with Mochi for 2 weeks now. It has been such an easy transition from another co to Mochi. My Dr. Visit was great. He was nice and full of information. My nutritionist is also very kind and knowledgeable. I left that visit very pleased and excited about my new journey.

My visit wonderful! She explained the GLP1 and it's dosage. This also opened my eyes to seeing what Mochi really offers so much more medical advise and not be embarrassed about asking questions.
