Expensive and Frustrating Every Single Month
I’ve been a paying customer for months, and every single month it’s the same issue trying to get my Zepbound prescription filled. The app is expensive, yet I have to chase down support, message multiple people, and repeatedly explain the same problem just to get my medication.
I’ve been told my prescription was sent when my pharmacy never received it. Then I’m told it was sent through LillyDirect, then CVS, then escalated to another team. It’s constant back-and-forth with no clear communication. I’ve reported this exact issue multiple times over the past several months, and it still hasn’t been fixed.
For what Mochi charges, patients shouldn’t have to jump through hoops every month just to receive a medication they’ve already been prescribed. When you’re relying on a medication, delays and confusion like this are unacceptable.
The support staff have always been polite, but the overall system and prescription process are incredibly disorganized. I expected a much smoother experience, especially at this price point. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the service based on how difficult they make getting a simple refill.

Hands down, the easiest process ever. I picked the time that worked best for my schedule. My provider was efficient and thorough, which working in healthcare, I appreciate. I’m excited to get started on my journey!

I love almost everything about Mochi, and the process of using Mochi. Everything but the monthly membership fee, $79 a month for what? 3 stars instead of 5 for that reason alone. In the world of GLP drugs the biggest road block to therapies for most is cost; a $79 monthly fee on top of the $99 or $199 is unnecessary.
