Dr. Hrobowski was very pleasant and thorough. She spent time learning about my personal history, current condition and goals. I have high confidence in the plan she created.

Told me my credits would cover my membership. Then they stopped applying credits to my medication.
I have been a Mochi patient since 2023. I have paid them $7,440.42 over three years and I have never missed an invoice. I also hold $29,881.00 in credits I have no realistic way to use. Here is how that happened.
In June I asked, in writing, whether switching to the Wellness Plus plan would let me use my credits. Their support bot quoted my exact balance back to me and told me I could cover the whole membership with credits, "resulting in $0 out-of-pocket." I did not take that at face value. In the same conversation I wrote that I had "always been limited" and asked whether it was really true. A live agent was in that thread. Nobody corrected me. I switched.
There is a cap. It is $50 per billing cycle on my plan. That figure appears nowhere in Mochi's published credit policy, which says only that "a maximum amount" exists without ever saying what it is. I learned the number after I switched, after I had accrued the balance, and only because I complained.
What did the switch actually do for me? Before: $119 per quarter. After: $119 per quarter. Identical to the dollar. The one real change is that Mochi can now bill my insurance for visits it previously could not.
Then my medication went from $99 to $199. It had been $99 for twenty consecutive fills across nineteen months without a single variation. When I called to ask why, I was told I am no longer allowed to apply credits toward medication. So my price did not go up. A credit I had been receiving for nineteen months was withdrawn, which costs me the same $1,200 a year either way, and I was not told before it happened.
Read that sequence again. I was sold a plan change in June on the promise that I could use more of my credits. Five weeks later the one place my credits were actually being used at any real rate was closed.
The referral program is capped on the earning side too. After four referrals your code stops paying you, and Mochi's own email says the retired code "will still work for new users" while you "will not receive additional referral credit for that code." I share publicly, so my old codes are still live in posts I cannot go back and edit. They keep sending Mochi paying customers and return me nothing.
I was also told repeatedly that the credit limit cannot be overridden. My own invoice history shows a $40 subscription charge in June 2025 and a $79 charge in March 2024, both well under the $119 I am told is the floor. I have asked about that and have not received an answer.
At my current redemption rate of $200 a year, my balance would take roughly 149 years to use.
What bothers me most is that I asked the right question, in writing, before I did anything, and was reassured by a person. Every explanation since has been that the information I relied on was wrong and cannot be honored. Being told something incorrect should not be a cost the customer absorbs.
Get any pricing promise in writing before you change anything here, and read the credit terms very carefully.

Good discussion and listening. How to improve on what I am already doing.
Plan to follow up in the future.

My apt went well with Sol Figueroa. We reviewed my last blood results and went over my diet. She gave me some ideas to keep up the protein and fiber in my diet. Will meet with her next month!
