I made an apt with the nutritionist months ago. They emailed me numerous reminders. She never joined the call. I took time out of my work day to join the call. I should have at least received a notice if they couldn’t make the apt. It takes months as it is to even get one

I’m just starting with my first dose day before yesterday. I was feeling tired most of the day but I’m hoping that will get better over time. The actual process has been great so far though !

My experience with Mochi Health was excellent from start to finish. Overly strict refund policy -- ONLY 24 hours
I stopped using this service because they were on the news for allegedly having unlicensed workers compounding medications in Seattle, which is illegal. Some vials sent to patients allegedly had glass shards. Because of this, I cancelled my medication in May, but my health subscription was not automatically cancelled. I tried to get a refund for the health subscription payment for June, but they have a strict refund policy that a request for a refund must be made within 24 hours. I'm unhappy with their customer service policies, and scared about their medication safety. I regret using Mochi and would not recommend.

Things are running smoothly for the past year, solid. It is more expensive than some companies, but I don't read very good reviews about the cheaper ones, so I will probably stay with these guys and hope that their prices become more affordable soon!

I have been very impressed by this company. They have wonderful, attentive providers and are always quick to respond to questions. The app is easy to use and it is easy to make appointments. Staff has been wonderful.
