Really bad service
Really bad service. Very unreliable. I had a delivery scheduled for Wednesday. On Tuesday, I get a text msg from Ninja Van saying that they will be a day or two late. Today is Friday and they haven't even picked up the item from the sender yet. I have very little hope that I will get it today - which is already 2 days late.
