The Cebu Pacific Airline ticket was deceptive and ended up costing me MUCH more than originally stated. They OVERCHARGE for carry on luggage EVEN when the flight is far from full and the overhead bins are half empty! Agoda needs to do a better job in explaining the booking. My original booking state "1 free checked bag". What a joke! $2000 extra pesos for next to NOTHING!!!
