I have contacted Klaiyi multiple times about cancellation and getting a refund, their replies were nonexistent until I had to go through EVERY single channel to get some kind of contact — social media, number, numerous emails. They are saying that they have intercepted the package and will process my refund once it returns to them…THE ISSUE IS THAT IT WAS NEVER SHIPPED. HOW ARE YOU WAITING FOR SOMETHING TO RETURN IF YOU NEVER SENT IT OUT? Even when I check my FedEx tracking, it says that only a label was created. I am looking to take legal action against Klaiyi if my refund is not processed IMMEDIATELY. Pk307923
