HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! First of all- customer service is absolutely unresponsive or when they don’t respond they are not customer service oriented ! I bought a three month subscription for my boyfriend. 2/3 deliveries were NOT at the time they were scheduled for. When I reached out, Flaviar told me to contact the courier. NO- you contact the courier and tell them to drop the package off without the signature to make up for the inconvenience. We can’t sit at home all day waiting for the shipment. They said it would be here between 4:30-7:30pm and the courier showed up at 11:30am and didn’t leave the bottle. So then we were left with the next day sitting at home all day just to be sure it showed up when we were here because the time frames given are NOT accurate. I would never do this again because of the HUGE inconvenience . You can’t give a timeframe to be home for signature and then not show up at that time and not leave the bottle. Customers should not have to go through the hassle of when it will be there next and how to adjust their work schedule. TERRIBLE!!
