Hello, Alias management, please note this is a serious matter. I sell shoes through Alias while in Thailand, and you are not issuing tracking numbers, customer service is not replying to my emails, and contacting you is extremely difficult. I am very disappointed. As a result, I have sent numerous emails to you regarding orders 882094637, 518293653, and 345429208, but have received no response or resolution, causing these orders to expire. I have received fines and points deductions from Alias, which is very unfair. Order 373063255 was sold to Alias, but the money doesn't seem to have arrived in my bank account. Please check.
