False advertising on returns if not satisfied with their product within 30 days. They're making it impossible to return and are bribing me with 500 points to keep their product which equates to only $5. Please make sure you are 110% certain you are going to keep their products as is without the possibility of a return because they will not cooperate. Worst customer service and experience with attempting to return an order. I suggest going with Vivosun as their products are top quality and have amazing customer service compared to POS spider-farmer.
