Although it took a little time to arrive, I didn’t mind this. I brought charms for my bracelet. They had an offer on buy 2 get 2 free plus a free bracelet. I spent nearly £70 on 2 charms ( one of which was personalised. Honestly I thought they were very poor quality. I asked for a refund ( although they didn’t refuse), they offered me a 20% discount or I could choose something else and just pay for the postage. If I returned my items I would be required to pay for the return postage they don’t provide postage labels. I shall not be purchasing again.
