They have gone DOWNHILL!! They had been reliable in the past but not anymore!!! I ordered last week but they didn’t contact my vet for 2 days! I had to waste my time calling over and over asking for status.They finally contacted my vet and apologized for the delay, then said they shipped overnight but still haven’t received my order AND No email confirmation No tracking info My dog has been without her medication for almost a week bc of their incompetence. I called again , still no medication has been delivered. I will not use them again
