Frustrated! trying to use App to chat with someone…anyone!
I’m using this link cuz I’m unable to contact anyone online through the app or chat. Are there only specific hours that someone is available??? or am I missing something 🫣 Chats are not being delivered since December 2025 😱 Please help, thank you.
