No shipment for three weeks and no refund I signed up and paid the subscription and membership fees, but my medication never shipped. After two weeks, there was still no update. After three weeks, the app continued to show “not shipped,” even though I was close to being charged for the next month. I canceled the plan, but the $39 + $149 were not refunded. I expected reliability, but I never received my medication at all. This was not the experience I was promised even the delay was on their side.
