Aggressively hard sell
Found this website by reading an article on Facebook that looked like an actual medical article from Health Insider. There was no mention of this company on the initial article but there was a quiz which I took, immediately after completing it I realised it was a link to a company which charged for a “plan” and nothing to do with the article I’d originally thought I was reading. I clicked out of it without paying and got an email shortly afterwards saying I had a “94% success rate and this didn’t happen often” so again, ignored it. Then got a really aggressively pushy email saying I was no longer a priority as I hadn’t started a plan and “inactivity looks a lot like disinterest” etc. Guessing they think the hard sell encourages motivation, but I just immediately unsubscribed. Glad I didn’t enter any bank details.
