Customer service is nearly absent.
So the printer works well, no complaints on quality and consistency of the results. However, my hot end experienced a wire break around 4.5 days of print time, less than 2 weeks of owning the printer. Been waiting about a week for customer service to help me. I mean it breaking before I even received the Qidi box I ordered at the same time is not great.
