Spines staff Evaluation.
From my early contract conversations with Ignacio, to my account manager Lily and the proof editor Naara, my service has been thorough, professional, and courteous. Lily has been amazing at listening and following through on every request I made. Her response was always prompt and she made me feel valued as a client. Naara is also an outstanding reviewer and made prompt edits that I requested.
