Significant financial harm due to bad software
Software is broken. Several issues of our pictures being deleted without notification, phantom bookings that have cost us several thousands of euros in peak season. Support weak as well, take no responsibility, only once you tell them to cancel do they make an effort. Won't renew and wouldn't advice. The added value of being able to "easily" change prices across platforms (in reality it's just Airbnb and booking for us) doesn't way up against the cost and the lost revenue due to their faulty software.
