Poor quality wheels and terrible customer service
I really started out liking this bag. I got the 2.0 with the roller wheels. After using it on a long trip to Australia, I noticed that the rolling apparatus was tilting, making it harder to roll the bag. When I contacted them, they said they’d had “a problem” with the earlier wheels BUT refused to send me new wheels. I could buy them for $69!! And this problem was THEIR fault. Don’t trust this company
